Home Run Bakery
Terms of Service
These are the terms for using this online store. Home Run Bakery runs the store. The bakery bakes and sells the food. By ordering or signing in, you agree to these terms.
Last updated September 24, 2026.
Who you are buying from
When you place an order, you are buying from the bakery, not from Home Run Bakery. The bakery sets its prices, its menu, and when it is open. Any question about your food goes to the bakery first.
Placing an order
- An order is a request until the bakery confirms it. The bakery may decline an order, for example when it is fully booked.
- Prices, deposits and totals are shown before you place the order. What you see at checkout is what you agree to pay.
- Some orders need a deposit up front. The checkout page tells you when one applies and how much it is.
- You pay the bakery directly, by the payment methods it lists. Home Run Bakery does not take payment.
- If you tell us you have sent a payment, the bakery checks and confirms it.
Pickup and delivery
- You choose a day and a time when you order. Please be there. If you cannot, contact the bakery as soon as you can.
- Delivery is offered only inside the bakery's delivery area. Give a full and correct address.
- Once you have your food, keeping it fresh is up to you.
Cancellations and refunds
The bakery decides its own cancellation and refund rules. Ask the bakery before you order if you are not sure. Home Run Bakery cannot refund you, because we never hold your money.
Food, allergens and cottage food
- Many bakeries on Home Run Bakery bake at home under their state's cottage food law. Where that applies, the bakery's own notice is shown on its pages.
- If you have an allergy, ask the bakery before you order. A product description may not list every ingredient.
Your account
- You can sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure. What happens under your sign-in is your responsibility.
- Give true contact details. The bakery relies on them to reach you.
- We may close an account that is used to abuse the store or the bakery.
Using the store fairly
Do not place orders you do not mean to keep. Do not use the store to harass the bakery, to copy it with automated tools, or to break the law.
Our part
- Home Run Bakery provides the store as it is. We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available.
- Home Run Bakery is not responsible for the food, its quality, or its safety. That is the bakery's responsibility.
- As far as the law allows, Home Run Bakery is not liable for losses that come from using the store.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Using the store after that means you accept the change.
